想必大家都知道这个文件：
《交通运输部 财政部 国家税务总局 国家档案局 关于收费公路通行费电子票据开具汇总等有关事项的公告》，明确了办理ETC卡的客户，可开具通行费电子票据。而其中，收费公路通行费增值税电子普通发票中的征税发票，可按规定用于进项抵扣。

【注册账户】

ETC电子发票需要下载一个专门的APP（如图所示）
进入主页后，在页面图示位置点击【我的ETC】

这时会弹出登录页面，在该页面上点击【注册】，如果以前已经注册过请忽略此步骤
在注册页面填写好你的注册手机号、密码等信息后，点击勾选《用户使用协议》、《隐私条款》，然后点击最下方的【注册】，即可

【添加ETC卡】

回到登录页面，在页面中输入刚才注册的手机号密码，点击【登陆】
登录后，在页面后点击【我要开票】

如果你是第一次使用该app或者以前未添加过ETC卡，那么点击【我要开票】后就会出现如图所示的页面，点击【马上添加卡片】
进入到绑定个人卡页面后，在如图所示的列表中选择所在省市

选好省市后，就进入到【填写校验信息】，在该页面中填写你的真实姓名、身份证号码，点击【下一步】
在该页面中填写ETC发行方预留的手机号码，获取验证码后，输入验证码，点击【下一步】

勾选ETC卡片，点击【绑定】

【关联发票抬头】

绑卡成功后，在提示页面下方点击【关联发票抬头】
在绑定好ETC卡片后，需要去关联发票抬头。请确认好卡片信息后，点击右下方【关联新抬头】

点击【马上添加发票抬头】
填好带*号的所有必填项，填好后，【请选择关联ETC卡】

在关联ETC卡页面勾选你的ETC卡号信息，然后点击页面下方的【关联】
这时自动回到“添加开票信息”页面，在该页面中点击【添加】

这时会跳转至“选择抬头”页面，勾选发票抬头信息，点击【确定】

【开电子发票】

选择需要开票的车牌号和抬头信息，点击【去开票】
跳转到该页面，可看到你的ETC消费信息，选择你需要开票的消费信息，点击【去开票】

填写接收邮箱地址，填写好后点击【确认开票】

如此这般的操作，小编通过邮箱接收到了第一张ETC电子发票，嗯，虽然只有1.66~不知道小伙伴们学会了没有~
?特别提醒：客户通行经营性收费公路，由经营管理者开具征税发票,可按规定用于增值税进项抵扣；客户采取充值方式预存通行费，可由ETC客户服务机构开具不征税发票，不可用于增值税进项抵扣。
（征税发票：左上角标识“通行费”字样，且税率栏次显示适用税率或征收率的通行费电子发票；不征税发票：左上角无“通行费”字样，且税率栏次显示“不征税”的通行费电子发票）
