为提升企业开办便利度，降低企业开办成本，优化营商环境，对在德州市新注册登记的企业（不包括个体工商户），以政府购买服务方式免费提供税控设备一套及一年服务费（税控设备原需每套160元，服务费每年280元。）。
自开始以来，已有八百余户企业成功免费领取了税控设备。

将税控设备送到“统一出件”窗口
与营业执照一并发放
并在《新开办企业免费申请税控设备登记表》上盖章签字。

注意：新开办企业在成立一年之内单独申领发票的，税控服务单位发放税控设备后，企业填写《新开办企业免费申请税控设备登记表》，并即时转交企业登记服务窗口，双方签字盖章确认，分别留存。
